What's the status of my order?
It's likely we've already slid to your inbox. You should have received an order confirmation email once you've completed checkout. From there, your order should ship within 1-2 business days. We ship on weekdays, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

How do I track my shipments?

How much is shipping?
For US orders, standard shipping is free!
If you need your order delivered sooner than the standard shipping option allows, you can opt for expedited delivery, which costs $8.
What are shipping options?
All US orders are shipped via UPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be fulfilled. Orders shipped through Standard shipping typically arrive in 3-5 days. If you've chosen Expedited shipping, your purchase will arrive within 2 to 3 days.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple, easy and fast. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if something’s not right, we will gladly accept your unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, garments should not have any noticeable signs of wear - from deodorant, fragrance, or makeup - in order to also qualify for a return. All clothing should be returned in the original package, with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please review our Return Policy and write us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
Once you submit your request, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label for you to send back the goods. We cover the return shipping for exchanges and returns to refund.
What are return options?
You can get a refund for a purchase within 30 days of the date on which you purchased it.
When you return an item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. For refunded items, payment will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing your return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Paypal.
Why was my payment declined?
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. If one of these payment methods was declined, email us and we will help you sort out what went wrong.
What is the Nuttch Referral Program?
Nuttch Referral Program allows you to earn a $20 discount for referring eligible friends to shop on our website. Your referred friends also receive a $20 discount on their first purchase of $50 or more.
Can the referral discount be transferred or exchanged for cash?
No, the referral discount cannot be transferred, exchanged for any cash or money, or sold.
