Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By participating in the "Nuttch Referral Program" (the "Program"), you agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), which are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the individual state laws where applicable.

2. Program Duration

The Program shall commence on September 13, 2023 and remain active until further notice.

3. Eligibility

1. Participants must be legal residents of the United States.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of Nuttch or any related entities are not eligible to participate in the Program.

4. How the Program Works

Upon enrolling in the Program, you will receive a unique referral link or code ("Referral Code") that you can share with your friends. When a friend makes their first purchase of $50 or more through your Referral Code, they will receive a $20 discount on that purchase. You will also receive a $20 discount that you can use on your next purchase at our store.

5. Referral Procedure

Referrers may refer eligible friends by sharing the unique referral link provided by Nuttch.

The referred friend must make a purchase through the unique referral link in order for the referrer to qualify for the discount.

6. Conditions of Discount

The referral discount is applicable only for new customers making their first purchase through a valid Referral Code. If you attempt to refer someone who has already made a purchase or is already registered with us, the system won't count it.

You'll receive your reward only after your friend's order has been marked as fulfilled, confirming the referred purchase is legitimate.

Rewards cannot be shared on popular coupon websites. The rewards are personal and limited to the friend who claimed the reward via the unique Referral Code.

The discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.

7. Miscellaneous

1. Nuttch reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program or a user's ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason.
2. Nuttch reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or remove discounts as deemed fair and appropriate.
3. Nuttch reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
